Changes in the ISO14001: 2015 standard have left many environmental managers feeling exposed and uncertain how to close out this issue not only at recertification audit but also in their on-going role and interactions with senior management. Lack of senior engagement, support and resource providing is a critical block in any organisation’s sustainability ambitions.
This 1-day course delivered in partnership between a leading ISO14001 management consultancy and Leading Green is unique in that it addresses this issue directly from the viewpoint of environmental/EMS professionals caught in the middle between ISO14401 and their leadership team.
The course provides a rare opportunity for managers with environmental or Q/HSE responsibilities to come together to evaluate their current approaches regarding the ISO14001 leadership criteria. The course structure is highly interactive, giving its attendees a unique opportunity to share their knowledge and experience with other professional colleagues, whilst evaluating the obligations of Chapter 5 within the revised ISO14001:2015 standard and adapting or developing new strategies on how they can address this issue internally, provide proof at audit and strengthen their visibility and support to senior managers.
